Here’s an interesting study published in the journal, “Brain, Behaviour and Immunity”. In a nutshell, they’ve found a relationship between personality traits of extraversion and the levels of an inflammatory chemical in the blood (Interleukin-6). The NHS Confederation has produced a report highlighting a potential “shortfall” in the NHS in England’s budget by 2011. Both Channel 4’s “more4news” and the NHS Confederation today contributed to the ongoing attack on homeopathy in the NHS by claiming that removing homeopathic care from the NHS would make a useful contribution to improving the NHS finances. Are they serious?
